• Natural tarnishing or discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or excessive moisture.
• Lost or stolen items.

How to Use Your Warranty

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@tulasjewelry.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
2. Send Your Jewelry: Once we confirm the warranty claim, we’ll guide you on securely shipping your jewelry to us for evaluation.
3. Repair or Replacement: If eligible, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. For non-warranty repairs, we will provide a quote before proceeding.
