Send Your Jewelry: Once we confirm the warranty claim, we’ll guide you on securely shipping your jewelry to us for evaluation.
Repair or Replacement: If eligible, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. For non-warranty repairs, we will provide a quote before proceeding.
